Events/Workshops:

• Cancellations ≥48 hours before start: Full refund or credit.
• Cancellations <48 hours: No refund, but you may carry forward to your next event.
• Cancellations <24 hours: No refund.

Event Cancellations by Us:

• Full refund or reschedule credit will be provided.

Refund Processing:

• For approved refunds, the amount will be credited within 5-7 business days.
